November 15, 1932 - March 13, 2023 James Glenn Brooks was born on November 15, 1932, in Douglas, Oklahoma, to Glenn Arthur and Edna Mae Brooks and died on Monday, March 13, 2023, at home in Enid, Oklahoma. He graduated from Enid High School in 1950 and attended OSU, John Brown University, and Phillips University, and was a graduate of the American Management Association. On March 31, 1952, he married Lois Ann Leighty in Enid; they celebrated their seventieth anniversary in 2022. Brooks was an established leader in Enid throughout his career.
