To have a significant impact on a community challenge, you need to recruit like-minded people to help. That's one of the lessons learned and bits of advice shared by Gail Wynne, who worked to make two very different local programs be successful. 'In order to get things done, it will always be a group effort,' Wynne said. 'You can't accomplish much on your own. You really have to be willing to share your ideas and in some instances hand them off to other people who have more time or talent to accomplish that goal.
