ENID, Okla. — Northern Oklahoma College School of Nursing is celebrating its 50th year of educating nursing students. The nursing program at NOC is offering an associates degree in nursing for the first time for students in the upcoming spring semester. 'We have a 100% passing rate in our nursing program and we hope to encourage more students to become a part of the program,' said Nikole Hicks, NOC Nursing Division chair. The NOC Nursing program started in 1973. 'We have an exceptional faculty,' Hicks said.
