NORTH ENID, Okla. — North Enid Mayor Jason Dockins recently received the 2023 Mayors Council of Oklahoma Mayor of the Year Award at Oklahoma Municipal League's annual conference. 'I was shocked to be honored because there are lots of great mayors in Oklahoma,' Dockins said. The award is presented to city leaders in communities with a population less than 5,000. 'I am proud to name Jason Dockins as the Mayor of the Year,' said Craig Parham, president of MCO. 'Mayor Dockins is a leader in the truest sense of the word, and we are thankful for his service to his community and the state of Oklahoma.
