ENID, Okla. — MAPC met Monday , Sept. 18, 2023, and held a public hearing before consideration of the rezoning application for 615 W. Moore. The rezoning application and preliminary plat, or map detailing the proposed work being done, will be considered by Enid City Commission on Oct. 3 , 2023 . West Moore is located near the Sonic Drive-In on South Van Buren. The application was to reclassify the zoning from multi-family residential district and general commercial district to a Planned Unit Development residential district.
